Donna Mae Ruel was born on June 25, 1933 to Helen Loretta Miller and Ansell Roscoe Osborn in Dumont, Colorado. Donna has two siblings, Patricia McIntire, and Wayne Osborn. Donna was raised in the mountains of Dumont, Colorado.
In 1960, Donna was working at a café in Hemet, Colorado where she met and later married her husband Raymond Henry Ruel. After her marriage, Donna was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker.
Her hobbies include sewing, baking, gardening, painting, and she loves to sing and dance. Donna has been a Jehovah's Witness since 1974. She most recently was a member of the Fertile congregation.
Donna has three children; Helen Vogt, Fertile MN, Mark Ruel, Osseo MN, and Faron Ruel, Winger MN. She has two stepchildren; Forrest (Frosty) Ruel, Colorado and Gernae Henry, Colorado. Donna has 14 grandchildren, Jerome and Makisha Henry, Tina, Tanya, and Michael Ruel, Adam Johnson, Raynette, Sam, and Billy Vogt, Christopher Ruel, Noah Ruel, Essence Marchaud, Ronisha Brown, and DeMarcus Brown. Great grandchildren include Kewon Wingo, Isis Wingo, and Chanel Coakley.
A country girl at heart, never afraid to get her hands dirty, and always willing to lend a hand. Donna is loved and cherished by her family and friends. And as you all know isn't afraid to bus a move when the opportunity knocks.
